In the three-class Beginner Yoga Series, taught by Indigos founder and teacher Zohra Campbell, D.C. new students will learn the basics of yoga, while intermediate and even more advanced students will gain a better, more detailed understanding of the architecture of the poses, as well as the underlying philosophy of the yoga practice.
