Its SAD, that in this type of economy, QUALITY looses out to price. In many cases people are cutting back where ever that can, and will give up a long term (many years) quality business relation, for a company that comes in and way under bids the job. With all parties involved nodding their heads in agreement that the quality is going to take a nose dive. This is when the "Walmarts thrive and the Nordstrums struggle"
